RTT is more than just a normal hypnotherapy session. RTT is a hybrid Hypnotherapy that was created by Marisa Peer. Peer is a well known and highly respected Hypnotherapist around the world.
RTT follow the principles of Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). RTT allows us to access our subconscious mind and identify the cause of a current issue. This is achieved by going through a regression process, finding limiting beliefs and memories that have been created earlier on in our life. Once identified and recognised, changes and upgrades to our limiting beliefs are installed to free us from negative pre-conditioned responses. Consequently, we can create the outlook and a life that we desire.

RTT sessions can be done either face-to-face or online at the comfort of your home, which is as effective.
After your session, you will receive your very own Hypnosis Recording that you need to listen to for at least 21 days, to reinforce the new beliefs into your subconscious mind.
Most cases, you only need one session, but for more complex cases, follow up sessions may be required.
