Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology

Benefits of Kinesiology

How Kinesiology Work

kinesiology, muscle testing, releasing emotional, stress, releasing physical pain, muscular issue

Kinesiology is a gentle and safe natural therapy, which uses muscles as a biofeedback tool to check any imbalances or blockages of energy flow within the body. It facilitates a wholistic approach to healing, taking into consideration the body, mind and soul. It is both scientific and an art, combining western physiological sciences with the ancient energetic healing arts.  Imbalances can be caused by emotional, physical, nutritional and spiritual factors that bring stress to the body. These can be experienced as physical pain, poor digestion, hormonal imbalance, emotional instability, depression, poor performance, low self-esteem, learning difficulties and nervous disorders as well as many other symptoms. Biofeedback from every muscle is connected to our brain. More specifically, various muscles are also linked to particular organs and glands. Using very specific procedures, a fully trained kinesiologist can interpret the feedback that our muscles provide. The feedback provides a tool to bridge the gap between the conscious and subconscious, making subconscious stresses overtly observable.

How Kinesiology Work

kinesiology, self healing, energetic healing, sending energy, natural therapy, body intelligence

Kinesiology uses our body’s own intelligence. Ideally when the body is healthy and balanced, it has the ability to heal a disease or problems itself. However, due to the stresses of modern living this natural healing intelligence can be overwhelmed. Using the biofeedback methodology, a kinesiologist can identify the root cause of a problem. Kinesiology can also determine what corrections are required in order to assist the body to return to a balanced state. These corrections may include one or more of the following healing techniques; acupressure, sound therapy, emotional stress release, chakra balancing, flower essences and affirmations among others.
